Starting a Ciclismo Coaching program 

I begin all clients with philological testing to determine where we need to start, what systems we need to train, and to set training zones that are correct to allow us to be the most productive with your training time.

Testing with Dr. Inigo San Millan at the CU Human Performance Lab is used to determine your training zones and philological parameters to best set training protocol for each rider Lab Director San Millan – University of Colorado Hospital

Once we are done testing we build a season plan based on your goals, time availability, and testing results

$250 initiation fee

Train as the best pros in the world do. The highest level of on going monitoring with near daily interaction on the phone, text, or e-mail, 3 physiological and blood tests a year to asses the assimilation of your training stress and to reset training zones to maximize training response.

  • Frequent phone and text conversations with regular email correspondence
  • Custom built training plan with regular adjustments for the perfect balance with your changing schedule and your body’s response to training
  • Review and analysis of all workout and data files
  • Frequent interaction enhances discussion of training, nutrition, equipment, tactics and all things cycling.

Premium service, on going testing and monitoring approximately six hours/month of coaching interaction, 2 physiological and blood tests a year to asses the assimilation of you’re training stress and to reset training zones to maximize training response.

  • Review of most workouts and data files

Other coaching and training services

Consultation $250

A one-time face-to-face training consultation with a client
(usually lasts about 2 hours) in which we discuss training options, competition calendar and workout specifics in relation to cycling goals for a given period of time (several months). After this meeting the client will receive an overview for the time period discussed.

Bike Handling and skills practice $50 per 1 hour session

Cycling on and off road is a skill sport. These custom-made practice sessions are designed to give riders the skills and confidence to better enjoy their cycling experience. These practices can be on or off road and will be customized to the rider’s needs and goals.

On the bike practice/training ride

$50 for 60min, $20 for each additional hour with a $100 maximum

Personal Training $50 per 1 hour session

In-home personal training or at the Fort Collins Club
